Where can I get real-time support?

You can reach the Textile team in a couple different ways if you have problems you need help working through.

  1. General questions, feedback, or suggestions. Please post them here, we’ll try to be timely in our responses.
  2. Real-time chat. We spend a lot of time on our Public Slack Channel helping people out. If we think the answer to something you are asking may have long-term value to the community, we may ask you to come post it back here. With ~400 members now, it’s a fun place to hang out and build things!
  3. Alert us of something. If you find something that needs a critical fix or that we should be aware of immediately, you can email us at [email protected]
